Journaling
Three questions for your evening.
Reflect on your day without judging it.
You don't need a long diary entry or an extraordinary day. A few honest sentences are enough.
What felt good today?
Write down a small moment: a conversation, warm light or a song. Something ordinary counts too.
What could be easier tomorrow?
Also ask yourself: what took energy today? What could I leave out, simplify or do differently tomorrow? You don't need an answer tonight.
Three journaling questions to take with you
- Which small moment felt good today?
- What took energy today?
- What could be easier tomorrow?
Write one sentence for each question. If you'd like to write more, keep going. If not, your entry is already complete.
Your journal needs no rating
You're writing for yourself. Spelling, polished sentences and regular entries matter less. Skip a day if you want and begin again when it feels right.
